The CXC chemokine receptor 4 (CXCR4) is a G-protein coupled 7-transmembrane (TM) chemokine receptor. It is made up of 352 amino acids. CXCR4 is expressed on the surface of T-cells, B-cells, monocytes, neutrophils and dendritic cells. This gene is located on human chromosome 2q22.1.
免疫原
The antiserum was produced against synthesized peptide derived from human CXCR4 around the phosphorylation site of Ser339.
Immunogen Range: 303-352
アプリケーション
Anti-phospho-CXCR4 (pSer339) antibody has been used in immunohistochemical analysis.
生物化学的/生理学的作用
The CXC chemokine receptor 4 (CXCR4) participates in the progression of the embryo, immune and inflammatory responses, modulation of hematopoiesis, human immunodeficiency virus infection and stimulation of angiogenesis. CXCR4 and its ligand, CXCL12 is involved in the synthesis of B-cell, myelopoiesis, integrin activation and chemotaxis.

Repeated dosing of drugs targeting G protein-coupled receptors can stimulate antagonist tolerance, which reduces their efficacy; thus, strategies to avoid tolerance are needed. The efficacy of AMD3100, a competitive antagonist of the chemokine receptor CXCR4 that mobilizes leukemic blasts from

CXCL12/CXCR4 signaling has been reported to regulate three essential processes for the establishment of neural networks in different neuronal systems: neuronal migration, cell positioning and axon wiring. However, it is not known whether it regulates the development of A9-A10 tyrosine
