生物化学的／生理学的作用

ZDHHC13 (zinc finger, DHHC-type containing 13) is a novel ankyrin domain-containing protein, and is involved in intracellular trafficking and endocytosis. It has structural homology with the huntingtin Interacting Protein 14 (HIP14). It is also involved in the palmitoylation process via post-translational modifications of long chain fatty acids.
