Small-scale capture, purification, and screening of histidine-tagged proteins that are expressed and secreted into supernatants from eukaryotic cells such as insect cells or Chinese Hamster Ovary (CHO) cells in HyClone HyCell CHO cell culture media.
The base of the matrix is based on Sepharose resin, incorporated with magnetite. His Mag Sepharose is available as 10% slurry in three different pack sizes: 2 x 1 mL, 5 x 1 mL, and 10 x 1mL.
