General description
フェレドキシン-NADP+レダクターゼは、PSIに対するモル比0.9：3のフェレドキシン可溶性パートナーです。
Application
フェレドキシン-NADP+レダクターゼは in vitroにおける、シアノバクテリアのチラコイド膜における脂肪酸のフェレドキシン依存性不飽和化に使用されました。[1]また、グリセルアルデヒド-3-リン酸デヒドロゲナーゼの調節にも使用されました。[2]
Spinacia oleracea（ホウレンソウ）由来のフェレドキシン-NADP+レダクターゼは、グリセルアルデヒド-3-リン酸デヒドロゲナーゼ（GAPDH）−CP12調製物の活性に対するタンパク質パートナー候補の作用を試験するために使用されています。また、フィコシアノビリン:フェレドキシンオキシドレダクターゼ（PcyA）酵素アッセイの標準アッセイ条件に使用されています。
Biochem/physiol Actions
フェレドキシン-NADP+レダクターゼは、光合成における還元型フェレドキシンから酸化型フェレドキシンへの可逆的変換を触媒します[3]。フェレドキシン-NADP(H)レダクターゼは、色素体、ミトコンドリア、および細菌の酸化還元代謝にNADPHまたは低電位の一電子ドナーを送達する、親水性FAD含有単量体酵素のファミリーを構成します。
