アプリケーション
Media Renewalは、週に2～3回交換します。
バイアルを37°Cのウォーターバス中で、バイアルキャップが水中に入らないようにしながら、約2分間穏やかに撹拌することによって、すみやかに融解させます。70%エタノールで洗浄し、培地9 mLを添加して125×gで遠心します(5～7分間)。完全培地に再懸濁し、5% CO2雰囲気下で37°Cでインキュベーションします。
継代培養の比率:約1:3～1:10。
この細胞株用の基本培地はRPMI(製品番号R5886)です。完全増殖用培地を作成するには、基本培地に以下の成分を添加します。子ウシ血清(製品番号F4135)を最終濃度(v/v)10%、L-グルタミン(製品番号G7513)を最終濃度 2 mM、ピルビン酸ナトリウム(製品番号S8636)を最終濃度 1 mM。
細胞凍結用培地-DMSO 1×(製品番号C6164)。

AKT serine/threonine kinase 1 (AKT1) acts as a regulator for cell-survival and anti-apoptotic actions, which are involved in development of various cancers.[1] This protein has a crucial role in tumorigenesis.[2] In mice, AKT1 is essential for normal development.[3] Mutations in the gene are associated with the pathogenesis of prostate cancer (PC).[1] Elevated expression of the gene has been observed in human gastric cancer.[2] Aberrations in the AKT1 and glycogen synthase kinase 3 (GSK3)-β signaling leads to the development of schizophrenia.[4]
