Questo blocco di pretrattamento è stato ideato per pretrattare l′acqua di rete rimuovendo particelle di grandi dimensioni, composti organici e cloro libero. Così si protegge la membrana da osmosi inversa (RO) da incrostazioni minerali, contaminazione organica e dall′ossidazione dovuta al cloro.
Il blocco di pretrattamento Progard® 3 assicura al sistema per la purificazione dell′acqua lunga durata e prestazioni ottimali.
La sostituzione dei consumabili quando richiesta dal sistema è fondamentale perché le sue prestazioni continuino a soddisfare le specifiche operative.
Ideato per l′impiego con i sistemi di purificazione AFS®.

Applicazioni

Rimozione dall′acqua di rete di contaminanti organici, cloro libero e particelle, per una protezione ottimale della membrana da RO.

Caratteristiche e vantaggi

  • Il blocco di pretrattamento Progard® 3 è costruito in polipropilene ed EPDM.
  • Può trattare un′acqua d′alimentazione con indice di densità del limo (SDI) < 5 e Cl2 < 1 ppm.
  • Contiene carbone attivo naturale con area superficiale e cinetica d′adsorbimento elevate, compatibile con un′acqua d′alimentazione contenente fino a 1 ppm di cloro.
  • Per prevenire la proliferazione batterica, il carbone attivo naturale è stato impregnato d′argento, un batteriostatico di comprovata efficacia.
  • Grazie a un′elevata capacità e a una ritenzione ottimale, il filtro di profondità è in grado di tollerare valori di SDI dell′acqua d′alimentazione fino a 5.
  • Include polifosfati, scelti in modo da evitare incrostazioni senza alcun rilascio di ioni.

    1. Recommended storage conditions: temperatures from 5 to 30°C; humidity between 10 and 80%. The original sealed bag (if provided) must be kept intact before the first use to protect the purification element from foreign matter.

  6. Can consumables be opened and refilled?

    1. Unfortunately, this is not possible because of safety issues and the need to guarantee the quality of consumables and their interior purification components. Our consumables are manufactured in an ISO 9001-certified facility France in agreement with high quality standards.

    1. The frequency that consumables must be changed depends on the system's usage (treated water volume) and on the consumables themselves (time of usage). In order to ensure the quality of water and your results, the consumables should be replaced when the system alerts you.
