Applicazioni

08:0 PI(3,4)P2 (1,2-dioctanoyl-sn-glycero-3-phospho-(1′-myo-inositol-3′,4′-bisphosphate) (ammonium salt)) has been used in hydrogen deuterium exchange mass spectrometry (HDX-MS) to compare the dynamics of full-length wild-type (WT) sorting nexin 9 (SNX9)/used in lipid mixture for SNX9 tubulation assay. It may also be used in liposomes for nanoparticle tracking analysis.
