一般說明

磷脂酰胆碱(PC)占组成了哺乳动物质膜的磷脂的50%以上,并且特别富含于细胞外小叶中。PC在肝脏中合成,是脂蛋白组装和分泌所必需的。PC被磷脂酶D通过水解胆碱头而切割,进而产生信号中间体磷脂酸。

原則
