成分

準備報告
基础培养基：
1.将 25.5 g 培养基粉末溶于 1L 蒸馏水中。搅拌至粉末溶解
2.将溶液的 pH 值调至 7.8 ± 0.2.
3.在 121 °C 和 15 psi 下高温灭菌 15 分钟。冷却至50 °C并添加无菌补充剂。
