IgA 是人体内产生的最丰富的抗体同种型之一。它主要由位于固有层的浆细胞分泌。IgA 有两种亚型,IgA1 和 IgA2 分别主要存在于气道和结肠中。

应用

来自人血清的 IgA 已被用于酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA),用于检测血液样本中的抗严重急性呼吸综合征冠状病毒 2 型(严重急性呼吸系统综合征冠状病毒-2)刺突受体结合域(RBD)抗体。
纯化的人 IgA 可用于研究其对炎症、病原体消除、抗体依赖性细胞介导的细胞毒性 (ADCC) 调节、吞噬作用调节、嗜酸性粒细胞和嗜碱性粒细胞脱颗粒以及呼吸爆发活性调节等过程的生理和生物学效应。

生化/生理作用

IgA 有助于诱导对各种病毒病原体的防御机制,如轮状病毒、脊髓灰质炎病毒、流感病毒和严重急性呼吸综合征冠状病毒 2 型(SARS-CoV-2)。它调节炎症性疾病的过度免疫反应。IgA 还具有触发中性粒细胞募集以进行细胞杀伤的潜力。
