应用
切割天冬酰胺连接或游离的低聚甘露糖、以及杂化但不是复合的低聚糖。
来源于米尔伊丽莎白菌的糖苷内切酶F1已被用于解除人血色素沉着蛋白 (HFE) 与阳离子非依赖性甘露糖-6-磷酸受体 (CI-MPR) 的结合并用于岩藻糖基化 N-糖肽的糖基化。
生化/生理作用
来源于米尔伊丽莎白菌的糖苷内切酶F1在蛋白质聚糖结构中壳二糖核心的两个N-乙酰葡糖胺残基的裂解中起到重要作用。它介导高甘露糖和杂交寡聚糖的裂解。

提供5×反应缓冲液，250mM NaH2PO4，pH 5.5。
单位定义
在37℃，pH5.5条件下，一个单位可在每分钟内从1 μmole变性核糖核酸酶B中释放N-连接的寡糖。
