Established from a primary tumour of the right eye of a 2.5 year old female Caucasian. The cells grow in clusters and exhibit reverse transcriptase activity.

RPMI 1640 + 2mM Glutamine + 10% Foetal Bovine Serum (FBS).

传代培养常规

Maintain cultures between 4-9x100,000 cells/ml; 5% CO₂; 37°C.When in culture, stand flask up until cells show growth in large clumps. After approximately 3 days the flask can be laid down.
