培养基

Iscove′s Modified DMEM + 2mM Glutamine + 15% Foetal Bovine Serum (FBS) + 10ug/ml Insulin + 55uM 2-Mercaptoethanol

传代培养常规

Split sub-confluent cultures (70-80%) 1:2 to 1:3 i.e. seeding at 2-3 x100,000 cells/ml; 5% CO₂; 37°C. Saturation density: 2 x 1000,000 cells/ml.
