一般說明
L-精氨酸酶也称为L-精氨酸氨基水解酶。它具有两种形式,如精氨酸酶-1和精氨酸酶-2。精氨酸酶1存在于肝细胞中,精氨酸酶2通常存在于肝外组织,如肾脏、大脑、骨骼肌、小肠和哺乳期乳腺。精氨酸酶-2位于人染色体14q24.1−24.3上。
生化/生理作用
