该抗体可用于受控过敏反应的实验诱导或作为小鼠IgE来源。为了诱导全身性过敏反应,给小鼠注射3 μg抗DNP小鼠IgE,20小时后静脉注射500 μg DNP-BSA。为了诱导局部过敏反应,给小鼠皮内注射10ng抗DNP小鼠IgE,然后静脉注射500 μg DNP-BSA激发过敏反应。
