應用
来自黑曲霉（Aspergillus niger ）的淀粉葡萄糖苷酶被用于水解 α-D-葡糖苷。它可用于酿造啤酒以及生产面包和果汁。Sigma的淀粉葡萄糖苷酶已被用于将糖原水解成葡萄糖单体，以研究骨骼肌中的脂质积累。
