一般描述
醋酸钾(KAc)是强碱弱酸醋酸盐。它可用作缓冲剂,使酶反应和蛋白质研究维持最优的pH水平。KAc兼容生物体系,因而成为生物分子分离、纯化和分析的首选。在生物测定体系中,它还可稳定酶并维持最优条件,因而在生化研究中不可或缺。此外,KAc 是色谱和电泳技术的不二之选,有助于生物分子的分离和分析。
