一般說明

Photocatalytic activity of mixtures of TiO₂ (P25) with rare earth oxides for the oxidation of acetone has been reported. The vapor-phase Aldol condensation of acetone over MgO promoted with alkali (Li, Na, K and Cs) or alkaline earth (Ca, Sr and Ba) metal ions has been studied. Acetone undergoes Aldol condensation in the presence of catalysts Mg-Al layered double hydroxides (LDH) and Cl^- and/or CO₃^2- as compensating anions to afford diacetone alcohol and mesityl oxide. Enantioselective Aldol condensation of acetone with several isatins has been described.
