Stargazin [Stargazin样TARP(跨膜AMPA受体调节蛋白)]。 通过蛋白质印迹法,该抗体可识别大鼠脑Triton可溶性部分~ 35kda和~ 55kda的条带。该抗体主要与TARP γ -8反应,与γ -3和γ -4反应弱。Stargazin在海马体和小脑中强烈表达。

蛋白质印迹:0.1 μg/mL,大鼠脑的Triton可溶性部分。建议的稀释缓冲液是TBS-T,封闭缓冲液是3%脱脂牛奶。建议培养时间为室温下3小时过夜。
免疫组化:0.25-0.5 μg/mL,4%多聚甲醛固定组织。建议的稀释缓冲液是PBS-T。建议的透化方法是0.1% Triton X-100。建议培养时间为室温下2小时过夜。
免疫细胞化学
免疫沉淀:1-2 μg。建议反应容积为200-1000 μL。建议总蛋白浓度为2 mg/mL。建议培养时间为2-8°C下2小时。建议捕捉剂为蛋白A。

最佳工作稀释度必须由最终用户进行确定。
该抗Stargazin抗体经验证可用于IP、WB、IC、IH中Stargazin的检测。

液体形式,含130 mM Tris-HCl、87 mM甘氨酸,pH 7.4。

儲存和穩定性

接收后,以未稀释的等分试样在-80°C下保存长达6个月。应避免反复冻融循环。解冻后抗体可在2-8°C下保存1-3周。
