18:1-d7 Lyso PC 1油酰基(d7)-2-羟基-sn-甘油-3-磷酸胆碱是氘代磷脂。该脂质溶血磷脂酰胆碱是以油酸酯化。油酸包含氘离子。溶血磷脂酰胆碱(LPC) 是在磷脂酶 A2 的作用下由磷脂酰胆碱衍生而来。
这种氘标记的脂质也可用于多种脂质标准品制剂中。SPLASH LIPIDOMIX 标准品包括与人血浆的所有主要脂质类别对应的脂质,从而实现一种简单的内标溶液适用每种样品。
