Eppendorf 5.0 mL tube′s conical shape is designed to be compatible with most accessories for common conical 15 mL tubes. This allows you to continue using many of your existing adapters and racks!Eppendorf′s "missing link": the Eppendorf Tube 5.0 mL, fills the gap between existing tube versions and enables the simple and safe processing of sample volumes up to 5.0 mL.

  • High-Quality Material: These tubes are made of exceptionally high-quality, transparent polypropylene, which is free of plasticizers, biocides, or mold release agents, ensuring reliable test results.
  • Certified purity: Available in lot-specific certified Eppendorf® Quality, PCR clean, Sterile, and Eppendorf {TM="Biopur"] purity grades.
  • Centrifugation Safety: The tubes provide maximum safety and stability for centrifugation at speeds up to 25,000 x g, allowing for fast and efficient protocols.
  • Conical Shape: Their conical shape makes them compatible with accessories designed for conical 15 mL tubes, allowing the use of existing adapters and racks.
  • Sample Recovery: For maximum recovery of valuable samples, these tubes are also available in Eppendorf LoBind material.
  • Available in amber color for light-sensitive samples
