Specificity

Clone AGP4 specifically detects proteins conjugated with low to high molecular weight methoxy and amino polyethylene glycols (PEGs).

Application

Immunohistochemistry Analysis: A representative lot detected PEG in Immunohistochemistry applications (Wang, H., et. al. (2012). J Virol. 86(11):6286-302).

Western Blotting Analysis: A representative lot detected PEG in Western Blotting applications (Ehrlich, G.K., et. al. (2009). J Mol Recognit. 22(2):99-103).

Quality

ELISA Analysis: 5 µg/mL of this antibody detected amino- and methoxy-PEG molecules (10K amino-PEG, 3K-amino PEG, and 2K-methoxy PEG).

Physical form

Purified mouse monoclonal antibody IgM in PBS with 0.04% sodium azide.
