General description
Hydrogen sulfide serves as a precursor for elemental sulfur and in the production of organosulfur compounds.
Application
Hydrogen sulfide gas can be used in the following applications:
- As a sulfur source to synthesize assemblies of silver sulfide nanoparticles (Ag2S NPs).
- As a ligand to form coordination complexes with ruthenium ammines.
- As a test compound to assess the performance of polyaniline-based gas H2S sensors.
