Application

• Enhancing antibiotic effectiveness: Novobiocin is explored as a co-agent in antibacterial strategies, particularly in enhancing the efficacy of other antibiotics like rifampicin against multidrug-resistant bacteria. This underscores its role in combating bacterial resistance and its potential application in developing new antibacterial therapies (Ramirez et al., 2024).
