Descrizione generale

DAB Substrate Kit is intended for use in immunohistochemistry (IHC) staining protocols. This reagent is designed to detect target antigens in formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissue sections when used in conjunction with primary antibodies and appropriate secondary antibody conjugates in the IHC staining process.When in the presence of HRP polymer, DAB produces a brown precipitate that can be readily visualized using light microscopy. Kits contain: DAB chromogen and DAB buffer substrate.

    1. The volume used to prepare 1ml of DAB would be 0.006mls, rounded to 0.01mls based on calculations for the number of tests in the kit 957D-20.
