Allgemeine Beschreibung

Buflomedil hydrochloride is a vasoactive agent. Its mode of action involves increasing the peripheral and cerebral blood flow in ischaemic tissues of patients, who are mostly affected with vascular diseases.[1]

Anwendung

Buflomedil hydrochloride may be used as an analytical standard for the determination of buflomedil in biological matrices using high-performance liquid chromatography technique.[2] It may also be used as an analytical reference standard for the quantification of the analyte in pharmaceutical formulations and serum samples using electroanalytical and chromatographic techniques.[1]
