Allgemeine Beschreibung

GREB1, also known as gene regulated in breast cancer protein 1 is shown to be involved in the proliferation of breast cancer cells, controlled by estrogen. GREB1 has the potential to be a clinical marker for response to endocrine therapy and a therapeutic target. GREB1 also may be the regulator for prostate cancer.

Western Blot Analysis: 0.5 µg/mL of this antibody detected GREB1 on 10 µg of MCF-7 cell lysate.
