Natives, saures Gliafaserprotein, aus menschlichem Gehirn aufgereinigt Marker für sklerotische Plaque im Hirn und in Hirngliosen. Isoliert aus normalem menschlichem Gehirn. Ein Bestandteil von astroglialen Intermediärfilamenten. Bildet Gliafasern in Astrozyten im Zentralnervensystem und in einigen Schwann-Zellen im peripheren Nervensystem.

Angaben zur Herstellung
Aus Gewebe von Personen hergestellt, die in zertifizierten Tests für HBsAg sowie Antikörper gegen HIV-1 und HIV-2, HCV und Syphillis als negativ befunden wurden.
Rekonstituierung
Nach der Rekonstitution in Aliquote aufteilen und einfrieren (-20 °;C). Stammlösungen sind bei -20 °;C bis zu 3 Monate haltbar.
