Nortriptylin ist ein trizyklisches Antidepressivum (TCA) der zweiten Generation, das unter Handelsnamen wie Sensoval, Aventyl® und Pamelor® zur Behandlung von schweren Depressionen vermarktet wird. Nortriptylin ist auch ein aktiver Metabolit des TCA Amitriptylin.
