Ofloxacin is an orally administered antimicrobial drug that is classified under the group of fluoroquinolones. It has high potency and shows a broad-spectrum antibacterial performance, as well as short selection of resistant bacteria.[1]

Aplicação

Ofloxacin may be used as a pharmaceutical reference standard for the determination of the analyte in pharmaceutical formulations[2][3] and serum samples[4] by chromatography[2] and spectrophotometry[2][3][4] techniques.
