Demeton-S-methyl is a metabolite of the pesticide thiometon, used for food, environmental, and toxicology analyses.

Aplicação

Demeton-S-methyl may be used as an analytical reference standard for the determination of the analyte in rice,[1] wines[2] and baby food products[3] by various chromatography techniques.
