Hi-Flow^™ Plus membranes are designed and optimised for use in rapid diagnostic lateral flow tests that require superior consistency and performance. Lateral flow tests faciliate quick and convenient detection / quantification of analytes such as antibodies and antigens present in biological samples, including blood, saliva, and urine. Hi-Flow™ Plus membranes are ideally suited for such applications. Available in a variety of capillary flow times and backing options, choosing Hi-Flow™ Plus membranes can improve assay performance and offer flexibility to meet a wide range of assay design requirements. Hi-Flow™ Plus 180 (HF180) is suitable for tests where sensitivity is critical, the analyte of interest may present in limited quantities, and speed is not the primary concern. This Hi-Flow™ Plus 180 pack comprises of 5 sample sheets of unbacked nitrocellulose membrane with a nominal capillary flow time of 180 seconds/4 cm.
