Aplicação

Boron nitride has been well studied for applications including ceramic[1] and polymer[2] nanocomposites[1]. Nanoscale boron nitride is essential for applications at this length scale as the increased surface area resulting in better incorporation in the matrix. BN possesses a number of material properties which increase its utility in machining and coating applications including wear resistance; chemical and thermal stability and wide band gap.

  2. The BN I ordered was well received. I would like to know how to use BN of nano powder particle size that is sure/sealed in a glass bottle. As a result of connecting and using a syringe with a 20G needle, I did not work. Could my usage be wrong?

    1 answer
    1. Please view the technical bulletin for sure/sealed technology: https://www.sigmaaldrich.com/deepweb/assets/sigmaaldrich/marketing/global/documents/685/583/al_techbull_al134.pdf
