• for treating dendritic cells to be used as a positive control in cross-presentation studies[4]

Actions biochimiques/physiologiques

Ovalbumin (257-264) chicken is an antigenic peptide and triggers immune response.[5] Administration of the ovalbumin peptide in pregnant mice helps in surpassing ear development anomalies.[6]

SIINFEKL is a class I (Kb)-restricted peptide epitope of ovalbumin (OVA); the ovalbumin fragment is presented by the class I MHC molecule, H-2Kb.
