Description générale

GranuCult® plus Letheen Agar Base is used for the microbiological sampling of environmental surfaces that are treated with disinfectants. It is a highly nutritious medium containing Lecithin and Tween® 80 for neutralizing quaternary ammonium compounds contained in sanitizers. Beef extract and tryptone provide nitrogen, carbon, sulfur, and other essential growth factors. Glucose is the source of energy, and agar is the solidifying agent. The media is a modification of the AOAC formulae.

Application

GranuCult® plus Letheen Agar is used to neutralize quaternary ammonium compounds, for sampling of environmental surfaces that have been treated with disinfectants.
