Biochem/physiol Actions
Native RNase BS, die durch den Subtilisin-Verdau von nativer RNase B, bestehend aus den Aminosäureresten 21 - 124 von RNase B, generiert wird, weist Sensitivität gegenüber dem PNGase F-Verdau auf. Intramolekulare N-Glycane der RNase B aus Rinderpankreas haben eine Chaperon-ähnliche Funktion. RNase B ist nachweislich weitaus schneller als RNase A, und RNase A neigt zur Aggregation während der Regeneration. Die stimulierende Wirkung von Asn-gebundenen Oligosacchariden (der prädominanten Zuckerkette der RNase B entsprechend) zeigt, dass die N-Glycane der RNase B die Transformation von voluminösen Zwischenprodukten in gefaltete, kompakte Spezies ermöglicht.
