Application
Naphthol AS-D-Chloracetat wird als Komponente der Substratlösung für die Naphthol-AS-D-Chloracetatesterase(CIAE)-Färbung zum Nachweis von Folgendem eingesetzt:
- paraffineingebettetes Nierengewebe
- polymorphonukleäre (PMN) Zellen
- Endometriumgewebe
- Neutrophile aus dem Dünndarm der Maus
Naphthol-AS-D-Chloracetat wurde in einer Substratlösung für die Naphthol-AS-D-Chloracetatesterase-Färbung (CIAE-Färbung) verwendet.
