Methylglycol chitosan has been used as a positive colloid in a colloidal titration process in a study that assessed the role of surface charge in germination of Bacillus megaterium spores. [1] It has also been used in a study to investigate the genotoxicity and cytotoxicity of 2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate. [2]
