General description
Der monoklonale Anti-Polyhistidin (Maus-IgG2a)-Antikörper erkennt native oder denaturierte, reduzierte Formen von synthetischem Polyhistidin und mit Polyhistidin markierte Fusionsproteine. Der Antikörper erkennt bevorzugt das am N-Terminus markierte Fusionsprotein, und verhält sich reaktiv gegenüber Fusionsproteinen, die von den prokaryotischen Expressionsvektoren pET, pRSET und pTrc exprimiert werden.

Rekombinantes, mit Polyhistidin markiertes Fusionsprotein.
Application
Antikörper, geeignet für Immunblotting, Dot-Blot-Assays, ELISA und Immunzytochemie. Der monoklonale Anti-Polyhistidin-Antikörper der Maus wird in Western Blot verwendet.
Biochem/physiol Actions
Das IgG2a(Immunglobulin G2a)-Gen wirkt aktiv an der Stimulierung von Autoimmunreaktionen bei Mäusen mit. Das Gen wird bei Virusinfektionen stark exprimiert.
Der Antikörper erkennt synthetisches sowie natives oder denaturiertes Polyhistidin und reduzierte Formen von mit 6X Histidinen markierten Proteinen, die in ausgewählten Vektoren exprimiert werden.
Physical form
Wird als Aszitesflüssigkeit mit 15 mM Natriumazid geliefert.

Die empfohlene Verdünnung für Immunblotting ist 1:3.000
