Beschreibung

General description

Eine nicht behandelte (oder mäßig bindende) Polystyrol-Oberfläche ist naturgemäß hydrophob und bindet Biomoleküle mittels passiver Wechselwirkungen.
Sie eignet sich vor allem für die Immobilisierung großer Moleküle, wie Antikörper, die über große hydrophobe Bereiche verfügen, die mit der Oberfläche reagieren können.
Die Bindungskapazität beträgt ca. 250 ng Maus-IgC/cm²
EIA/RIA-Platten werden auf Charge-zu-Charge-Basis geprüft und die Zertifizierungsergebnisse für die einzelnen Chargen werden auf Anfrage zur Verfügung gestellt. Wenden Sie sich hierfür an Ihre örtliche Corning Life Sciences-Niederlassung.
Empfohlene Arbeitsmenge von bis zu 75 zu 200 μl
Entspricht der standardmäßigen Mikrotiterplattengrundfläche und -größe
Ohne Deckel; Deckel werden separat geliefert

Diese EIA/RIA-96-Well-Platten sind für diagnostische In-vitro-Immunassays konzipiert. Alle EIA/RIA-Platten werden aus speziellem, medizinischem Polystyrol hergestellt, was einheitliche Bindung, hohe optische Klarheit und geringe Hintergrundabsorption gewährleistet. Außerdem gehören die Easy-Wash^™-Produkte zum zertifizierten Programm für Oberflächenchemie, das garantiert, dass sich die Proteinbindungseigenschaften innerhalb der veröffentlichen Qualitätssicherungskriterien befinden.
