Beschreibung

General description

Die Costar 1 × 8 Streifen sind bereits in eine „Eierschachtel-ähnliche“ 96-Well-Streifenhalterung eingelegt. Die Streifen passen in genau einer Richtung in die Halterung, das eine falsche Ausrichtung verhindert. Falls eine Abdeckung erforderlich ist, passt die eingekerbte Abdeckung auf die voll besetzte Streifenhalterung.

Application

Corning 1 x 8 Stripwell plates have been used extensively in various ELISA and competitive biopanning experiments wherein these plates have been coated with specific antigens to be able to detect and differentiate distinct types of proteins and antibodies.
