General description
BSA besteht aus einer einzelnen Polypeptidkette mit etwa 583 Aminosäureresten und ohne Kohlenhydrate. Bei einem pH-Wert von 5 bis 7 enthält es 17 Intraketten-Disulfidbrücken und 1 Sulfhydrylgruppe.
Application
Rinderserumalbumin wird verbreitet als Zellkulturmedienzusatz verwendet, insbesondere für serumfreie Medien. Es bietet zahlreiche Vorteile wie z. B. Schutz vor oxidativer Schädigung und Stabilisierung anderer Medienbestandteile wie Fettsäuren und Pyridoxal.

Hi, We have used Bovine serum albumin (A6003) and prepared a 10% BSA solution in buffer. There are also several BSA solutions available, but I can't see any information what BSA solid that was used (Product/Cat number). Has any the same origin?
