Reagent-cartridge Boc protection 1.2 mmol is a reagent cartridge for the Synple 2 Automated Synthesizer that enables the Boc protection amines. The cartridge contains all necessary reagents to protect the user selected primary or secondary amine.

Scale: up to 1.2 mmol
Compatible substrates: primary amine, secondary amine

Cartridge contents:

• Supported Boc₂O
• Supported triethylamine
• Silica supported trisamine (for purification)
