Biochem/physiol Actions

Ein Pilzmetabolit mit wirksamen immunsuppressiven Eigenschaften. Er hemmt die T-Zell-Rezeptor-Signaltransduktion über die Bildung eines Cyclosporin A−Cyclophilin Komplexes, der Calcineurin (Protein Phosphatase 2B) inhibiert. Hemmt die durch Interleukin 1?, Lipopolysaccharide und TNF induzierte Stickoxid-Synthese. Kann die Freisetzung von Cytochrom c aus Mitochondrien blockieren.

Leistungsstarkes Immunsuppressivum; hemmt durch Interleukin 1α, Lipopolysaccharide und TNFα induzierte Stickstoffoxidsynthese; Hemmt die Cytochrom c-Freigesetzung aus Mitochondrien.
