General description

GDS Vapor-Lock (or mineral oil) is a hydrophobic, low-viscosity PCR encapsulation barrier. It is compatible with the Assurance^® GDS Rotor-Gene^® Q (RGQ) thermocycler.

Application

GDS Vapor-Lock is intended for use with positive control samples only. It minimizes the potential for the release of the amplified DNA into the laboratory environment.
