Beschreibung

General description

GDS Listeria DNA Swab Resuspension Buffer Tq is a requisite recommended for the labs to have onsite, in case of a contamination event. Improper handling and disposal of used Assurance^® GDS amplification tubes may result in DNA amplicon contamination of laboratory work surfaces and equipment. As a preventive measure, it is recommended to perform periodic sampling for DNA contamination. GDS Listeria DNA Swab Resuspension Buffer Tq is transferred to the appropriate amplification tubes for all Assurance^® GDS Listeria assays.

Application

GDS Listeria DNA Swab Resuspension Buffer Tq is used during environmental sampling for Listeria DNA contamination.
