General description
Zum Herstellen von Proteinproben für eine denaturierende Polyacrylamidgelelektrophorese (PAGE) mit mPAGE und den meisten anderen Bis-Tris-Gelen. LDS Probenpuffer enthält Lithiumdodecylsulfat mit einem pH-Wert von 8,4 für eine optimale Aktivität des Reduktionsmittels.

Can Laemmli buffer be used instead of the sample buffer?

Laemmli buffer is commonly used with Tris-Glycine gels, while mPAGE gels use a different chemistry (Bis-Tris) and require LDS buffer. Therefore, it is recommended to use the LDS buffer, which can be prepared using the formula provided in the mPAGE user guide.
