Beschreibung

General description

Ein potenter, zellpermeabler, reversibler und ATP-kompetitiver Inhibitor der Kinaseaktivitäten von KDR, Flt-1 und c-Kit (IC₅₀ = 20 nM, 180 nM bzw. 240 nM) und minimale Hemmung der c-Src- und EGF-R-Aktivitäten (IC₅₀ = 7,0 µM und 7,3 µM). Zeigt auch antiangiogene und antitumorale Eigenschaften. Hemmt nicht die Aktivitäten von CDK-1, c-Met, IGF-1R oder PKA (IC₅₀ >10 µM).

Eine Pyridinyl-Anthranilamid-Verbindung, die sowohl antiangiogene als auch antitumorale Eigenschaften aufweist. Ein potenter, zellpermeabler, reversibler und ATP-kompetitiver Inhibitor der Kinaseaktivitäten von KDR, Flt-1 und c-Kit (IC₅₀ = 20 nM, 180 nM bzw. 240 nM) und minimale Hemmung der c-Src- und EGF-R-Aktivitäten (IC₅₀ = 7 µM und 7,3 µM).
