General description
Eine zellpermeable, trisubstituierte Pyrazolverbindung, die nachweislich selektiv die ALK-4/5/7-vermittelte (IC50 = 45, 12 bzw. 7,5 nM in Luciferase-Transkriptionsaktivitätstests), nicht aber die ALK-1/2/3/6-vermittelte zelluläre Signalübertragung in Mv1Lu R4-2-Transfektanten hemmt, die die einzelnen Typ-I-TGF-β-Rezeptoren exprimieren. Hemmt die TGF-β-induzierte Smad2-Phosphorylierung in HaCaT-Zellen und den Übergang von Epithel zu Mesenchym in NMuMG-Zellen in einer Konzentration von 1 µM.
