Beschreibung

General description

Ein potenter Breitspektrum-Inhibitor von Protein-Tyrosin-Phosphatasen. Hemmt auch Na⁺/K⁺ ATPase, saure und alkalische Phosphatasen, Phosphofructokinase und Adenylatkinase. Kürzlich wurde nachgewiesen, dass es die ATPase-Aktivität des rekonstituierten, bindungsproteinabhängigen ATP-Binding Cassette (ABC)-Transporters für Maltose (MalFGK₂) von Salmonella typhimurium im mikromolaren Bereich hemmt. Kann durch Wasserstoffperoxid in Pervanadat umgewandelt werden.

Preparation Note
